  1. How do I track my order?
    Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Look for it in your mailbox. If need assistance, please call 0329 5440984 or email us at customer@ajwacare.com.
  2. What are the shipping charges & time?
    We currently offer Free Standard Shipping if your order is over Rs. 5000/-. Shipping may take 3-5 working days.
  3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies for Ajwa Care.com.pk?
    Any product may be returned within 3 days of purchase. For any product that you are not satisfied with, please call 0329 5440984 or email us and you’ll receive instruction on how to get an exchange or a refund.
    If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.
  4. Does Ajwa Care offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Ajwa Care offers its customers an easy, secure, and most reliable method of payment for online purchases with cash on delivery (COD) across Pakistan. COD ensures that customers pay only after receiving the product. Customers can purchase their favorite products online and pay when they receive their parcel.

Please keep the following terms & conditions in view:

  1. Courier company will only allow customers to open the package after payment has been made.
  2. Please DO NOT receive the package if it appears tampered with/ opened or damaged.
  3. Cash on Delivery services are available for purchase under 10,000/- PKR
  4. For purchases above Rs. 10,000, please contact our Customer Service Representatives.
